Strategic synergy between EPC contractor and tier-1 BESS manufacturer
Cornex is recognized globally as a front-runner in Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) cell manufacturing with over 100GWh annual production capacity. Through this agreement, DC-ESCO becomes an authorized System Integrator and O&M engineering provider for Cornex flagship product lines, including:
- Cornex 5MWh, 10MWh, and 20MWh BESS Containers: Flexible modular architectures based on 20ft standard containers with advanced liquid thermal management maintaining cell deltas ≤ 2.5°C.
- Next-generation 314Ah LFP cells: Delivering 12% higher energy density and 10,000+ deep discharge cycles to drastically lower Levelized Cost of Storage (LCOS).
- Multi-tier automated Novec 1230 fire suppression: Fully compliant with rigorous international safety benchmarks (UL 9540A, NFPA 855).
