Project overview & objectives

Empirical validation and comparative baseline testing conducted on commercial air conditioning and cold-storage outdoor units at a business facility in Musashimurayama, Tokyo. The facility operates daily from 11:00 to 24:00 under heavy summer thermal loads with outdoor temperatures ranging from 26°C to 31°C.

Technical implementation

Installation of dual patented Japanese technology: R-Refresher electromagnetic pulse devices wrapped externally around copper refrigerant lines and Power Saver surge filter units installed in parallel at the main power distribution panel. 100% non-invasive installation with zero pipe cutting, zero gas charging/discharging, and zero downtime.

Measured performance results

Precision digital clamp meter readings verified across ambient temperature brackets:

  • At 26°C: Operating current reduced from 321.67A to 274.42A (14.7% savings)
  • At 27°C: Operating current reduced from 327.67A to 252.60A (22.9% savings)
  • At 28°C: Operating current reduced from 336.11A to 249.15A (25.9% savings)
  • At 29°C – 31°C: Average amperage reduction between 14.0% and 19.3%
  • Average cycle result: 18.9% Amperage reduction with an empirical payback period of 1.8 years.
